Standard Cancellation Policy

For bookings made with Full Payment, the following refund schedule applies based on the time of cancellation before pickup:

Cancellation Timing Deduction Amount Refund Status
More than 72 Hours before 25% 75% Refunded (2-3 Days)
72 to 24 Hours before 75% 25% Refunded (2-3 Days)
Within 24 Hours / No Show 100% No Refund Issued

Important Restrictions

  • Phone Bookings: Advance payments made via phone are 100% strictly non-refundable.
  • Partial Payments: If only a partial payment was made, no refund will be provided upon cancellation.
  • Coupons: Applied coupon codes are marked as "Used" and cannot be reactivated after cancellation.

Document & Identity Verification

Invalid License

Failure to present a valid license at pickup results in an 80% deduction.

Forged Documents

Fake/Forged IDs result in a 25% deduction (Max ₹3000) and potential legal action.

LEGAL NOTE: Declaring a false identity using expired or fake driving licenses is a criminal offense. All documents uploaded to VroomAxomRide must be factually correct.
