Hirers must be 21+ years old with a valid driving license (min. 1 year experience). Only the registered hirer is authorized to drive the vehicle.
Return the car with the same fuel level as provided. Tolls, parking, and traffic fines are the sole responsibility of the Hirer.
In case of damage, the Hirer's liability is capped at ₹20,000 for insurance-covered accidents. However, for cases of negligence or drunk driving, the Hirer is liable for 100% of the costs.
VroomAxomRide reserves the right to reject any booking at its sole discretion. All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Guwahati Courts.
